I am wondering when you say the "scrum team", who normally belongs to that team? For example are the following people be part of that: Project manager, scrum master, Business Analyst, Developers, QA?

The reason is in my current company when they have the sprint planning and also daily standup meetings, they never involve the business analyst. Only people go there is the project manager, product manager, developers, and QA. I am new to this. So want to know for my next job.

Please help me!

Good ideas, thanks. That was one thing I worried about doing wrong. Being too aggressive or passive. I'll use the advice and gain more experience under my belt.
