AWESOME presentation chap well done!  I am trying to introduce Agile methodology into a Banking environment in an old fashioned world this would help alot even if to say that alot of the values in the presentation are matched by the banks own values, yet in practice they cant move away from old habits....... hey ho keep pushing i guess.
