Agile Et Al – An Introduction to Scrum by Ken Schwaber

feature photo

Ken Schwaber, one of the founding fathers of Scrum, talks about Scrum at a Google Tech Talk gathering back in 2006.

Ken introduces Nonaka and Takeguchi - authors of the Knowledge Creating Company, their experiences and how they inspired the ‘creation’ of Scrum.

He also discusses the fact that Scrum is *not* a methodology, it’s a framework.

Ken then goes on to explain the scrum process, all of the main concepts and offers guidance on how to implement Scrum (and when not to!).

This video clip/lecture is a must-watch for any Scrum practitioner. It’s also rather amusing, which is a good thing as it lasts for over an hour. : o)

Grab a cup of coffee and make yourself comfortable.

Enjoy!
